Yes — this is precisely what sets us apart. We offer a fully integrated Design & Build service, meaning we handle architecture, interior design, project management, and construction under one roof. You work with one team, one point of contact, and one vision from start to finish.
Simply reach out via our Contact page or call us directly on 020 4552 2277. We'll arrange a site visit or initial consultation — completely free of charge — to understand your project, your vision, and your budget. From there, we prepare a detailed, transparent proposal.
It depends on the nature of the work. Many projects — including extensions up to a certain size and most loft conversions — fall within Permitted Development rights and don't require formal planning permission. We advise on this during the consultation and manage any necessary applications on your behalf.
Timeline varies based on project scope. A kitchen renovation might take 6-8 weeks, while a full loft conversion or extension could take 4-6 months or longer. We provide a detailed project schedule during the planning phase and keep you updated throughout delivery.
We primarily serve London and the Home Counties — areas like Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington, Kingston, Wimbledon, Fulham, and surrounding boroughs. Our base is in Teddington, so we focus on projects within a reasonable travel distance. However, for larger projects, we can work further afield. Contact us to discuss your location.
Absolutely. We manage the full approvals process — from planning applications (where required) to building control sign-off. Our team prepares all necessary drawings and documentation, liaises with the relevant authorities, and ensures your project is fully compliant from start to finish.
Yes. While many clients choose our full Design & Build service, we're equally happy to work from existing plans. If you already have approved drawings, we can review them and provide a construction quote. We also collaborate with external architects if that's what works best for you.
In construction, surprises can happen — particularly in older properties. When they do, we inform you immediately, explain the options clearly, and provide updated costs before proceeding. There are no hidden charges: you'll always know exactly what you're paying for and why.
